Fractionalize Your Vacation Home
Sole ownership of a dream vacation home has some competition these days…fractionalizing. I recently visited two beautiful homes here in Turks and Caicos that Elite Destination Homes is using to do just that.
Fractionalizing your property allows you to maintain ownership of your dream home, while monetizing a part of its equity. It can also help you reduce the overhead and worries of ownership — and possibly even generate revenue.
Essentially these specialists in fractionalizing can put together a small private ownership group to acquire available shares of your home. They may join you as a partner, managing your property and providing all the owner services expected, or will have a representative on island to take care of your needs before and during your stay. You can have your personal things in an owners lock up to be put out for you only when you are using your home, eliminating the feeling of a rental property.
It may not be the right option for you but certainly worth a look for some discerning buyers!

Zune and iPod: Most people compare the Zune to the Touch, but after seeing how slim and surprisingly small and light it is, I consider it to be a rather unique hybrid that combines qualities of both the Touch and the Nano. It’s very colorful and lovely OLED screen is slightly smaller than the touch screen, but the player itself feels quite a bit smaller and lighter. It weighs about 2/3 as much, and is noticeably smaller in width and height, while being just a hair thicker.
